Police have released new surveillance video showing what lead to the deadly accident that left three people dead and others injured as they were trick-or-treating on Saturday.
Surveillance video taken from Morris Park Dental shows two cars following a bus. The video then shows one car tapping another car and pushing it forward into the bus. The car involved in the accident then veers off the road, hitting the victims.
Police say the 52-year-old driver of a black Dodge Charger plowed into a group of trick-or-treaters on a sidewalk just before 5 p.m. Saturday. As a result of the crash, 65-year-old Louis Perez, his granddaughter, 10-year-old Nyanna Aquil, and 24-year-old Kristian Leka were killed.
Officials believe the driver had a medical episode that caused him to lose control of the car.

A preliminary investigation showed the driver was not speeding at the time of the crash, and no drugs or alcohol were found in his system.
GoFundMe pages have been set up to help pay for funeral costs for the victims.
