Three months ago, Gov. Kathy Hochul and Mayor Eric Adams announced creating 1,2000 daily overtime shifts to get more NYPD officers in subway stations.  
In that time, both were vague about the cost of the program, and where the money is coming from.  
News 12’s Katelynn Ulrich spoke directly with the governor on exactly how much has been spent on this program and the future plans for the costs to address transit safety.
