Police say a 15-year-old was shot and killed at a party on Euclid Avenue in City Line.
Authorities say Craig Shelton was shot in the head just after midnight Saturday at a neighborhood gathering.
"Words can't even explain how much love that we all got for him, how much hurt we have in our hearts for him," Shelton's cousin says.
Police say they have not yet arrested a suspect.
