What used to be the site of Whitestone Cinemas at
2505 Bruckner Boulevard is now an industrial hub. Innovo Property Group transformed the 20-acre site into a modern, two-story warehouse with close to 400 parking spaces.
Amazon currently leases the first floor and uses it as a shipping hub for the tri-state, but the second floor is ready to rent. Innovo Property Group says it’s speaking with several major companies to be potential tenants. It says the space can accommodate either one large business or multiple smaller ones.
The second floor has 35 dock doors and two drive-in doors with 28-foot clearance. The site is also located right in between three major highways, the Bronx Expressway, Bruckner Expressway, and the Hutchinson River Parkway.
Innovo Property Group hopes the incoming tenants will bring jobs and economic growth for the community. Its goal is to have a tenant or tenants move in and open up shop by the end of the year.
