Trapeze School New York, in Williamsburg, offers many sessions for beginners to experts. The sessions are seven days a week for all ages.
A common concern for some people is a fear of heights, but one student says not to worry.
"It's a mental block for a lot of people, you're like, 'I don’t want to jump off, throw myself in the air and throw myself off a big platform.' But if I can do it, anyone can do it," says Darcy Schacher, of Astoria.
Its indoor location will be open until mid-spring before it moves to its outdoor spot in Manhattan.
