The family and friends of a woman who disappeared in 2016 came together Sunday evening in Park Slope for a vigil.
Chelsea Cobo went missing on May 7, 2016 after she was supposed to be transferred from Lutheran Medical Center in Brooklyn to a hospital in Yonkers.
She was going to start drug rehab, but that was the last day her family heard from her.
Her mother says she has posted on social media tirelessly and even hired a private investigator. She tells News 12 that she believes something is stopping her daughter from contacting her.
Cobo is the mother of a boy who is now 3 years old.
Her family has placed a $10,000 reward for any information on her location. Her mother says she will never stop looking for her.
