There are a few things Bronx parents and students should know before heading to a school registration center.Officials say parents must bring their children with them in order to register for school. They also say adults registering students must be their legal guardians, or they must get an affidavit from the Department of Education.Parents and students must bring two proofs of residence, the child's birth certificate or passport and immunization records to registration sites. They should also bring the student's latest report card or transcript, if available. Students can register for school at two Bronx locations: - Theodore Roosevelt Campus, 500 East Fordham Road - PS/IS 194, 1301 Zerega Avenue (enter on Parker Street)
