It's a warm start to the day and temperatures will be getting even hotter from here. Bring the sunglasses and dress for summer weather. Temperatures the next few days will be very similar to a typical week in July. However, cooler and cloudy weather will move in for Memorial Day weekend.
Temperatures will approach daily record highs, in the mid to upper 80s. The wind will increase to the SW at 10-15 mph in the afternoon.
A few clouds move in. Temperatures are in the low to mid 60s.
A few clouds from overnight will linger for the morning. It's a mild day with high temperatures in the 70s for coastal spots and well into the 80s inland. Winds are light early and then shift to the ESE at 5 to 10 mph.
Ample sunshine is expected with high temperatures in the upper 80s to low 90s. Record heat is possible. A stray thunderstorm is possible in the afternoon.
