Police are investigating the death of a woman found outside an apartment building in Bed-Stuy.
According to authorities, a woman in her 30s was found on Tompkins Avenue at around 5 a.m. Police sources say she lived in the building.
She was unconscious and unresponsive, with trauma to the back of her head. She was taken to Interfaith Medical Center and pronounced dead.
The medical examiner will determine the cause of death.
