Forbes Magazine has named some neighborhoods in Brooklyn as the most expensive in the U.S. to live in. Carroll Gardens and Red Hook are among those listed.
News 12 Brooklyn hit the street to ask residents if they were surprised by this information.
Many said they were surprised because the borough was reasonably priced for a long time.
Others said they were not surprised because they have noticed rents going up in recent years.
