The retail company Target is removing gender-identifying signs from the bedding and toys sections in its stores.
The company says rather than have two signs for the toys section, one for girls and one for boys, there will just be a single sign reading "Toys."
The move comes in response to customers who had complained about the signs because they reinforced gender stereotypes.
News 12 hit the streets to see what Brooklyn residents thought about the bid for political correctness.
