There's a new Gmail function aimed at helping to reverse the damage of an accidental email.
If you send an email you weren't ready to or shoot it to the wrong person, there is now an unsend function that you can activate in your settings.
The tool delays the delivery of emails for five to 30 seconds, giving users a small window of time to retrieve their electronic message.
News 12 hit the streets to see if Brooklyn residents will benefit from the new function. Many think it will come in handy sometimes.
