Lehman College is offering free classes to Bronx residents at its adult learning center.

On Tuesday, current students and alumni shared their experiences to a packed room inside the center. The goal was to show people that it's never too late to go back to school.

The college's adult learning center has been open for 30 years. It provides hundreds of Bronx residents each year with free classes in English, general education and college preparedness. About 120 students are accepted each trimester.

Registration for the classes begins 10 a.m. Monday, March 19.
