Two people are dead and one is critically injured after two separate hit-and runs in The Bronx.First, a Bronx teen was fatally struck by a car in Woodlawn Friday night.About an hour after that accident, the driver of a Honda CVR struck two pedestrians on the Grand Concourse in Mount Eden, killing one man and critically injuring another. Police have identified 42-year-old Juan Rivera-Quintana as the victim of the hit-and-run. Police say the driver sped off before crashing into an emergency vehicle that was responding to the accident. The driver has been identified as 37-year-old Richard Haberman.
