Police: Robert Daniel charged after hitting pedestrian on Atlantic Avenue in Bed-Stuy

Police say a 35-year-old man has been charged after hitting a pedestrian in Bed-Stuy.  According to police, Robert Daniel struck a 52-year-old man at Atlantic and Bedford avenues at around midnight.
