The couple who climbed the Empire State Building spire on Wednesday have been arraigned in a Manhattan Court.

Angelina Nikolau, 33, and Ivan Kuznetsov, 32, are both facing several charges including reckless endangerment and burglary. The two are social media influencers and stars of the Netflix documentary, "Skywalkers: A Love Story."

Court documents say they engaged in risky behavior by breaking and entering into a restricted area of the Empire State Building. They scaled the broadcast antenna, which is more than 1,300 feet from the ground and hung a banner.

When questioned by NYPD, Kuznetsov said he wanted to “do something special for his engagement.”

The charges are not eligible for bail, and the judge granted request for supervised release.
