A victim in Saturday's tugboat crash on the Hudson River had ties to Brooklyn.
Harry Hernandez was originally from Brooklyn, but was living in Staten Island.
Hernandez was among three people on board The Specialist when it crashed into a barge Saturday morning. Two other crew members died and have already been pulled from the water.
Hernandez's family told News 12 in a statement that they are at peace but want to give their loved one a proper funeral.
