Brooklyn-born Vermont senator and 2020 presidential hopeful Bernie Sanders has announced he will hold his first campaign rally in Brooklyn.
The campaign rally will take place at Brooklyn College on Saturday, March 2, at 11:30 a.m.
Doors will open at 10 a.m. and those interested in attending are encouraged to show up very early.
The announcement comes just five days after Sanders announced that he is throwing his hat into the 2020 presidential ring.
It is the senator's second bid for the Democratic nomination after losing to Hillary Clinton in 2016.
