As many communities around the Bronx continue to dig out after the historic blizzard over the weekend, some residents say it's no easy task.
Neighbors say 30 cars were trapped under snow in Country Club, leaving many frustrated.
But some aren't waiting for the city to help them dig out. Many are taking measures into their own hands by banding together to clear paths and dig out buried cars.
Paulette Foreman, of Soundview, says her car was stuck in snow when a good Samaritan helped give her a little push with his John Deere tractor.
Growing criticism from residents has been aimed at Mayor Bill de Blasio and the sanitation department over their lack of concern for clearing snow in some parts of the city.
As for now, Foreman says she is just grateful for the man who freed her car from out of the snow.
