Residents flocked to Brooklyn Borough Hall to celebrate National Friendship Day.
Borough President Eric Adams hosted the fourth annual Day of Friendship Celebration to commemorate diversity and the inclusion of New Yorkers from more than 80 countries.
The event featured a parade, dancers, drummers, stilt walkers and a "Global Village." The village featured different countries from around the world, showcasing their cultures, cuisines and customs.
The day's festivities were part of Adams' "Embrace Your Hyphen" campaign that encourages Americans to honor their diversity.
