Brooklyn DA: 3 accused in antisemitic vandalism incident charged in 25-count indictment

The Brooklyn district attorney says three people are facing hate crime charges after the Brooklyn Museum director and board members homes were vandalized back in June.
Taylor Peloton, of Queens, Samuel Seligson, of Brooklyn, and Gabriel Schubiner, of Bedford-Stuyvesant, were presented with a 25-count indictment. Charges include "making a terroristic threat as a hate crime" and "criminal mischief as a hate crime."
The DA's investigation reveals the individuals met up prior to committing the criminal act on surveillance video, which also showed the trio putting supplies into their cars before taking off and writing hateful sayings and terroristic symbols.
Residents told News 12 they are feeling relieved after the DA's findings because things like this are intolerable in the neighborhood and beyond.
News 12 reached out to the Brooklyn Museum for comment but has not heard back.
Back in June, the Brooklyn Museum told News 12 violence, vandalism and intimidation will never be tolerated.
