Surveillance video shows a man trying to open the doors of the office space on the Grand Concourse.
He then enters without permission and makes his way to the third floor, where he allegedly placed a Dell laptop worth $3,400 in a black garbage bag before taking off.
News 12 was told this happened on Aug. 22 around 5 p.m.
The suspect is described to be in his 40's, about 6 feet tall and 200 pounds. He has a thin build and bald head.
