Chai Lifeline nonprofit readies toys for delivery as part of Hanukkah festivities
An international nonprofit organization spent Sunday readying for its Hannukah giveaway.
Chai Lifeline packed and delivered donated toys to children celebrating the holiday. The nonprofit helps children and their families impacted by sickness and other crises.
"These children are so thankful, and they wait for this all year,” said volunteer Devorah Traube. “It's amazing to see how much joy it brings."
The organization said it is to deliver the toys by next weekend, and that the larger organization plans to also send toys in Israel.
