Three Brooklyn parks are getting a complete overhaul as part of a citywide effort to renovate public spaces.

Bartlett Playground in Williamsburg is one of the spots getting fixed up thanks to a $318 million initiative to revitalize parks in low-income areas.

One parkgoer says Bartlett has been in disrepair for decades, but it will now receive some attention to its rusty swings, peeling paint and cracked pavement.

Penn Triangle in Williamsburg and Lewis Playground in Bed-Stuy are the other two parks that will see changes, which are expected to be completed by the winter of 2020 or 2021.

With these plans set in motion, residents are getting the chance to use their voices to let city officials decide what areas will get a makeover next via open community meetings.
