A rooftop bash was held at Kitchen 21 in Coney Island to celebrate the Fourth of July.
People drank, ate and danced to music while overlooking the Coney Island beach and boardwalk.
Some attendees said they were glad to enjoy the holiday in a more laid-back environment.
