The closure will last from midnight to 5 a.m. Exit 1 is the Hamilton Avenue exit.

New Year brings news laws to New York
35ds agoA stretch of the Prospect Expressway will be closed overnight for the next few days for much-needed repair work, according to the Department of Transportation.
Starting Tuesday through Thursday, the Exit 1 ramp on the westbound Prospect Expressway will be closed heading toward I-278. The closure will last from midnight to 5 a.m. Exit 1 is the Hamilton Avenue exit.
As a result, all traffic will be detoured at Exit 2, which is the 4th Avenue and 3rd Avenue exit.
