The fatal shooting of 4-year-old Lloyd Morgan Sunday has reignited the gun control debate in The Bronx.
For gun advocates, carrying a gun is a guaranteed, constitutional right. Other Bronx residents, like the mother of Morgan, who was shot in the head, believe the need to carry guns is nonexistent.
News 12 The Bronx reached out to the National Rifle Association to get their take on the matter, but the organization refused to comment.
