Major changes are coming to the Garden State Plaza and New Jersey Turnpike.

The Parkway will soon be completely cashless – E-ZPass only, while the Turnpike could have both options.

More than $900 million will go to all-electric tolls on the highways.

Officials say installments can take three or four years.
