Spider-Man has finally got caught up in his own web.

A 25-year-old Brooklyn man, Junior Bishop, was arrested in Times Square Saturday. 

Police say Bishop, dressed as Spider-Man, was demanding tips from a woman who posed for a picture with him. Police stepped in and told Bishop that while he may accept tips, he cannot demand them. He then allegedly began to yell and swear.

Police say that when Bishop failed to show identification, they attempted to arrested him. They say he broke free and punched an officer in the face. 

Bishop is now facing several charges.
