The Brooklyn man accused of abducting and killing a 39-year-old father of seven is due back in court today.
Kendel Felix is expected to learn about his upcoming trial after pleading not guilty back in July to the murder of Williamsburg businessman Menachem Stark.
According to police, Stark was taken from outside his realty office this past January. His body was found two days later in a dumpster on Long Island.
Meanwhile, court documents say Felix confessed to police. He faces 25 years to life in prison if convicted.
