The Brooklyn man accused of murdering a prominent real estate developer pleaded not guilty Saturday, even though court documents show he confessed to police.
Police allege that Kendel Felix killed Brooklyn businessman Menachem Stark in January.
Stark was kidnapped outside his Williamsburg realty office. His body was later found in a dumpster on Long Island.
The Nassau County Medical Examiner says he died from asphyxiation.
If convicted, Felix faces 25 years to life in prison. His next court date is Sept. 19.
