Madame Tussauds Wax Museum has reopened to guests of all ages.
The five-floor museum in the middle of Times Square is filled with more than 200 figures from world leaders to sports and music icons.
When Madame Tussauds reopened in August, customer safety was a top priority.
"We have a heavy rotation of staff that goes to every floor and they'll do bathrooms, they'll wipe down surfaces. We do a process called electrostatic spraying from time to time, which is a disinfectant process so that we can make sure we eliminate everything,” says Omar Miller, of Advantage Cleaning.
The museum understands that customers might want to take selfies with their favorite public figures for social media and they encourage it.
“We have so many Instagrammable moments, step and repeat walls, we have a flower wall with Meghan and Harry in front of it, we really give you so much opportunity to look great on your pages,” says Mindy Clements, Madame Tussauds New York general manager.
Now that the doors are back open, there are plenty of events on the horizon.
The 42nd Street destination is also offering a special discount on tickets for all residents in the tri-state area through the end of the year.
