Police are investigating an early morning shooting in East Flatbush.
It happened at around 3:45 a.m. near the intersection of East 51st Street and Church Avenue.
Investigators say a 32-year-old man was shot in the chest inside a building on East 51st Street. He was taken to Kings County Hospital where he is in stable condition.
Police sources say someone believed to possibly be the shooter was taken into custody. However, no weapon has been recovered at this point.
