A 73-year-old Brooklyn man was found shot to death in his East New York apartment Thursday. Police say a UPS worker noticed the door to the victim?s home was open and alerted neighbors. When they entered the home, they found the man lying on the floor with gun shot wounds in his back. Police say there were no signs of forced entry and nothing was stolen from the apartment. Neighbors have identified the victim as Octavius Gill. No arrests have been made.
