A man can be seen spray painting anti-Chinese graffiti onto buildings in Brooklyn in newly released surveillance video from police.
The man can be spray-painting the hateful message on the exterior wall of Green Food Supermarket on August 4.
Police say he used a stencil to spray paint an anti-Chinese message on 20th Avenue and 85th Street.
The man is also accused of using the stencil to spray paint similar messages at four other locations around Brooklyn.
Anyone who recognizes the man is asked to call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS.
