NYPD: Man charged with unlawful surveillance, attempted forcible touching of teen girl near Bronx school

Authorities say 31-year-old Carlos Romos faces a number of charges including attempted unlawful surveillance and attempted forcible touching of a child.

NYPD has identified the man who they say was arrested after following a 14-year-old girl in the Bronx on Tuesday.
Authorities say 31-year-old Carlos Romos faces a number of charges including attempted unlawful surveillance and attempted forcible touching of a child.
They say Romos has been arrested at least twice in the past - once for tampering with evidence and once for a lack of consent when he was 25 and his girlfriend at the time was 16.
