Woman killed in overnight shooting inside Flatbush building

Police say a man was injured in an overnight shooting in East New York.

Police say the incident happened on Pennsylvania Avenue between Staney and Wortman avenues around 1:20 a.m.

Police say a 27-year-old was shot in the right thigh.

The victim was taken to the hospital and is expected to recover.

Police say no arrests have been made at this time.
