A New York City police officer has been suspended after a video posted online appears to show him kicking a civilian in Sunset Park.
NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton called the video "concerning" and says his department is taking the incident very seriously.
Bratton said that officers were at the time trying to clear the area because a street fair was a half-hour past its end time.
A town hall meeting is being planned between the NYPD and members of the Sunset Park community in response.
