Residents along Webb Avenue say that Con Edison is contributing to the already precarious parking situation on their bumper-to-bumper block.
Neighbors say that they have lost up to 12 parking spots a day for months since Con Edison began an electricity upgrade for the coming summer months.
Con Edison says it has only been there for a couple of weeks and apologized to residents for the inconvenience. The utility expects the project to reach completion in two to three weeks.
