Police have released pictures of the suspects wanted in connection with two separate subway attacks within a matter of days in Brooklyn.
The most recent assault happened just before 10 p.m. on Sunday, July 12 while the victim was riding on the F and G line near the Smith and 9th Streets station in Carroll Gardens.
According to investigators, the 43-year-old victim got involved in a verbal altercation with a group of men and women. They say the situation escalated quickly and the group beat the man until he was unconscious. The victim was taken to Methodist Hospital in stable condition.
A week prior, a young man punched a 15-year-old girl in the face at the nearby 4th Avenue and 9th Street station. Authorities say the two know each other, but it's not clear why the suspect hit the teen. The girl refused medical attention.
Anyone with information or who recognizes the suspects from the photos should call Crime Stoppers at 1-800-577-TIPS
