Police have made a pair of arrests in two separate attacks on Jewish men in New York City.
A 20-year-old man from Brooklyn is facing hate crime charges after being accused of punching a 67-year-old man entering a synagogue in Sheepshead Bay.
News 12 is told the suspect was yelling antisemitic remarks outside the Jewish Center Monday, and when the victim attempted to stop him, he attacked.
Another suspect was arrested in connection to another brutal hate crime assault in Times Square.
Police say a group attacked a Jewish man Thursday during pro-Israel and opposing pro-Palestinian rallies in the city.
The suspects punched, kicked and pepper sprayed the victim.
Faisal Elezzi faces several charges including hate crime assault and aggravated harassment as a hate crime.
