Brooklyn man charged with scamming Westchester resident out of $28K
yesterdayPolice in Orange are investigating a violent carjacking.
They say it happened just before 6 a.m. Friday at the Valero fuel station on Boston Post Road.
Two men allegedly threatened a 70-year-old driver.
Police say the suspects punched and pistol-whipped the man when he wouldn't cooperate. They then took his car.
Police are also looking for the car, which is a 2016 red Nissan Altima.
