A man is recovering after being struck by a train in East Flatbush early Sunday morning.
 
Officials say they were called to the scene just before 2 a.m. at the Newkirk Avenue 2 and 5 station.

Police say when they arrived, they found a man in his 30s lying on the ground with severe leg trauma.

Officials say he was transported to Kings County Hospital and is expected to be OK.
