studio in New York City.
Police responded to a call
around midnight back on May 5.
When they arrived, one man
was found shot outside the building -- the other, inside.
Surveillance video shows the
shootout, and four people running from the scene.
Kabal Reyes, 24, is
only being charged in the death of one of the men.
