The NYPD today revealed its latest piece of technology to help officers solve crimes - the new Crime Stoppers van.
NYPD Commissioner Bill Bratton says having the van right at the scene of a crime will allow officers to quickly push out information to the public.
The van's key features are two television monitors located on the side of the van, allowing residents in the neighborhood in which a crime occurred to see images of who investigators are searching for.
The NYPD says there's no question the van will draw the necessary attention needed to help fight crime.
The $90,000 van is part of an endowment given by private donors and the New York City Police Foundation.
