New video shows the moment a taxi fare dispute in Southeast almost turned deadly.

Police say it happened early Sunday morning at the Town Centre Plaza.

Investigators say 37-year-old Luis Galvez got into a heated argument over the fare, pulled a gun and fired a shot into the passenger seat. The driver was not hit.

Galvez was arrested and is being held in county jail on an attempted murder charge.
