Police say a woman was shot along Jackson Avenue Wednesday night.

News 12 is told the woman is in her 60s and was shot in the right leg. Right now, police are on the hunt for four people, who they say were last seen wearing all black.

Police tell News 12 the victim was taken to a hospital and remains in stable condition.
