Fuel prices have been steadily
decreasing across New Jersey, down several cents from last week.
Gas in New Jersey has been
decreasing for weeks now, AAA says. Gas in North Jersey is around $3.70 a
gallon, down 12 cents from last week. South Jersey is sitting around $3.68 a
gallon, down 13 cents from last week.
"I was dropping $100 in this
thing every other day, now I'm down to about $65,” says Josh Remington, of Hammonton.
Remington is really feeling the
difference, especially in his big truck, but it's also helping business owners
such as Dave Hoh, with Dave Doh's Home Comfort and Energy Experts.
"I have several other
vehicles that are like big trucks that use regular gasoline and that was
crippling,” says Doh. “You're talking tanks of those were over $200 to
fill up."
AAA says the national average
gallon of gas sits around $3.71, down a few cents from last week.
