It looks like the road to the White House for Hillary Clinton may run through Brooklyn.

According to published reports, Clinton has signed a lease on a building in Brooklyn Heights to house her presidential campaign headquarters. The news was first reported by Politico. 

Reports say Clinton is leasing two floors that take up approximately 80,000 square feet. The building is centrally located in a very busy area. It's near Brooklyn Borough Hall, several courthouses and surrounded by subways and bus lines.

Residents say they are excited that she may be setting up shop in Brooklyn. Members of the Brooklyn Chamber of Commerce say it is proof that the area is the place to be.

Now everyone is awaiting her announcement to run for president.
