A toddler was shot in the chest and killed in Morris Heights Easter Sunday. The shooting took place at West Tremont and Grand Avenue around 2:00 p.m. Witnesses say the 2-year-old was sitting in a car seat when a bullet shot through the mini van the child was riding in. They also tell News 12 The Bronx the van was caught in a crossfire of stray bullets. Police say they are searching for the shooter.
